Very stable law firm in Downtown SF is looking for a Practice Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will have expertise in the MS Office Suite, as well as Summation and experience with other litigation applications as Concordance, Adobe, LawImage, LiveNote and others.
Basic responsibilities will include:
Provide support to legal teams on litigation technology, including electronic discovery data, database design, case set-up, graphic design and presentation and spreadsheet design. Manage electronic discovery projects. Provide support on a variety of electronic review platforms. Develop instructions and provide training on applications for litigation support. Develop procedures and instructions relevant to this area. Liaison with outside vendors on behalf of the litigation team.
Must be able to take charge of the programs set-up and be able to work independently or within a team.
Experience in database design, help-desk, user support will be a must.
Please also have four year degree and at least five years plus of related experience. Paralegal certificate and trial experience also preferred.
